Hello
world, my name is Alfred. I am 33 years
old and live in California. I have been married
to my wife Genine for 13 years; we have two beautiful girls Anjelica age 11
and Susie is going to turning 7 months. I am currently going back to college,
after a having 10 year leave of absent, and with my wife being soul income of our household she has
given me the opportunity to say home with our youngest Susie and take class
online and at night. For all of these reasons
I have entitled my blog Modern Father, Husband, and Man; I am a father and
husband first before I am just a man. I
think just as the role for women has change in today’s world so has the roles
of a man. I am not the bread winner in the
family; I am not even the head of my household remember I leave will three
females. I am a man; I like
sports, action movies, drinks, gambling, and eating meat but I will self-sacrifice
most anything for my family because my family comes before my masculinity.
So why did I pick now to start a blog? I have a wide variety of experiences that I
could and would like to share with other. For example, this
week I have taken care of the baby during the day, written two four page term
papers, went grocery shopping, watched my daily sports, made dinner, washed
most of the laundry (I say most because you never truly can do it all am I
right), and much more but I will not list everything because I want you to actually
want you to finish reading my blog post.
I feel that a blog could let me share these experiences with everyone
and maybe even help someone out there. I
know that there is a chance that no one will ever read this, but if someone does
and it helps or enlightens them than this is all worth it.
My blog with not be male focused; I am hoping to talk to both sexes. My blog with cover a variety of topics such as:
Experiences, Products, Ideas, Questions, Music, Sports, Entertainment, Food
(recipes), and anything else. I am very
open to topics, and if an of my reads would like me to discuss a topic, even
one I have to research, all they will have to do it comment on my blog, email,

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog. My future blogs will be more informative
and entertaining, but I want to use my first blog to introduce myself to
